Materials
- Plastic Resin May be clear or tinted, has limited impact-resistance, and is thicker than other materials.
- Polycarbonate Thin, lightweight, and highly impact-resistant, making this a popular choice. We recommend that all children use this lens for better eye protection.
- Hi-Index Resin Thinner and lighter than polycarbonate, but not as impact resistant. This gives lenses the thinnest profile.
- Transitions Allows the lens to change from clear indoors to sunglass dark when outdoors on bright days.
Coatings
- Polarized Sun Cuts the glare and reduces eye stress in the sun.
- Antireflective Reduces distracting reflections from the lens surface and makes the lenses seem almost invisible.
- Aspheric A special design that reduces lens weight, thickness, and distortion.
- Ultraviolet Blocker We recommend the addition of ultraviolet (UV) blocker to your lenses to reduce the harmful effects of UV sunlight.
- Scratch Resistant Reduces scratches due to everyday wear and tear. (Cannot prevent all scratches).
Warranty
All frames and lenses have a one-year replacement warranty that covers breakage and scratches. Most scratches occur when lenses are wiped clean using too much pressure. When cleaning your glasses use the solution and cloth we recommend at the time of your purchase.

Adjustments
All glasses will need a tune up occasionally. We know how uncomfortable a frame can be that does not fit right. So, come into our location at your convenience and one of our opticians will be happy to make any adjustments needed.
